Recently, a few firefighters at my station joined a gym to workout and get in better shape. This brought a question to our mind. What kind of workout plan do other firefighters do. Whether its simple around the station exercises or an actual workout plan. Post it up, were lookin for ideas.
I do a four day split monday Upper Tues Lower combo movements only. Thursday fuctional and Friday Full body body weight. Rum, or mountain bike for cardio
