I recently visited another agency that had pictures taken of their personnel in their dress uniforms and posted them in there admin area of the main station. In the 21 years I have been with my department no one has even mentioned doing this. So I would like to get some info possible on how others getting this done? I think this would be a real moral booster and show a sense of pride in our department and the people who do the real work.
