Firefighter Oscar Armstrong.

i heard there was a video of the call but i cannot find it on youtube or anywhere. does anyone know where i can find it or if it even exists?

What call was it and whom did you hear this from? Perhaps asking those you heard this from what their sources are, then you could find the video, if it has been published on the net.

We don't know of a video regarding the Cincinnati 2003 LODD.

It was the call where firefighter armstrong got trapped on the first floor in a 2nd story structure fire. Oscar and 2 other firefighters from his company made entry through the front door. Another firefighter from another company jumped in with the Oscars company but the IC never saw him go in so they thought there were only 3. Not long after they made entry the first floor flashed over forcing them all out but oscar. Because IC didn't see the 4th firefighter from the other company go in with them they thought they had everyone was out until they heard the PASS going off. So they sent in a RIT team to rescue him and pulled him from the kitchen window. He died on the way to the hospital. The call changed the way the department operated greatly.
