I only have Firefighter 1 and Haz-Mat Ops. But ever since October of last year, I have been studying for Firefighter 2. The Firefighter 2 class I'm taking doesn't start until May of this year. I already read some chapters about Water Supply, Rescue and Extrication, Communications, Fire Prevention and Evidence, Fire Control, Fire Streams and I've touched up on Incident Command. But I'm hearing that some of the questions on the Firefighter 2 test is also Firefighter 1 related. Also the Firefighter 2 test probably will ask me questions about foam. I'm nervous about taking Firefighter 2. Can anyone tell me any other ways to study?
Study up on the FF II sections of Essentials. Foam is part of it. I understand Crash Scene Management is also part of it but not in Essentials. I'm taking FF2 now and thru the IFSTA and Resource One, you can take quizzes and tests wich is very helpful. We are doing classroom and online both.
