ROCKY HILL, Conn. - Firefighters in Connecticut say they've contained a large fire that swept through a wood pallet recycling warehouse in Rocky Hill.

Authorities say Friday's four-alarm fire at All Pallet Recycling on Belamose Avenue was reported by a passing driver shortly before 6 a.m. and firefighters from surrounding towns were called to the scene.

Officials say no one was in the building at the time and no injuries are reported. Firefighters say the fire is under control but not completely out.

Fire Capt. Henry Vasel told The Hartford Courant that flames were shooting 30 feet into the air as authorities arrived.
