I actually went to a well taught 2 evening class a few weeks ago. It was taught by a group calls CrossRoads Assoc. I will be inviting them to come here to teach this same class this summer. In addition to this, I have invited some long time training Chiefs, and Deputies to our department to help us with this. Try contacting some locals to see if they have anyone that can help. A good training officer that has about 15 to 20 years experiance is a great start. Also google on line. There are some great companies out there that have retired trainers, or even current duty guys that do this on the side. GL
