Firefighters were called to Sean 'Diddy' Combs' album launch party in New York on Tuesday (14Dec10) after a model accidentally set her hair alight.


Last Train to Paris hit stores earlier this week (begs13Dec10) and the rapper threw a lavish bash at Manhattan's London Hotel to mark the release.

Usher, Fabolous, Chris Brown, Trey Songz and Swizz Beatz were among the guests at the penthouse party, which was streamed online.

But a model at the event came too close to a candle and set her hair on fire - sending other partygoers into a panic, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.

Combs' representative says, "Fab (Fabolous) was the first person to see the fire. We put it out as quick as we could, I can honestly say."

Firefighters were called to the bash following the incident but left shortly afterwards.
The rapper told guests, "The Fire Department just left upstairs. It's crazy, but everything is under control."
