Hello Everyone. We are looking at purchasing software to better streamline our dept. We are really interested in the Emergency Report online cloud system. I was wanting to hear some pro's and con's from others about their software.

Our department uses firehouse, but my previous department used firepro. Firepro is kind of a dumbed down version of firehouse. Firehouse is more of a large departmental reporting system because it has sooooo many different features. You should check out both to see which one you like but I would suggest either one.

Our Department has used Firehouse since 1998. Overall its more than we need but they have different features and mobile applications availiable based on the needs of the department. Fire Programs is another reporting system that offers "cloud" accessibilty. Its all going to depend on what your needs are as a department, and how much you are willing to spend.
