You mean Juniors get helmets? What on Earth for? Depending on which side of the arguement you believe, they either dont do anything and therefore do not need a helmet or they are just like real live firemens...so why should the helmet color be different?
black with yellow/white tetrahedrons.
Ours are whatever color matches their eyes, but they all have a revolving red beacon on top. We don't think we should have to wear different ones tho...cuz were all just like the real live firemen!!!!!
Our post has black helmets but they are a different kind than the firefighters
We have the Cairns 660 Pheonix Thermoplastic Fire Helmets...A little old but they work
The other post around us use orange helmets like the firefighters.
they would be different so that you can tell the difference between the firefighters and the explorers
Black with big, red "EX" stickers on the back, same as our "standard issue" Conweys.

All of our helmets are black except for the chief's and the chaplain which are all white. Chaplain has two helmets though, he fights a lot of fires too so the white one is for special occasions... =)
EXPLORERS: black
TRAINEES: red
FF: yellow
SAFETY OFFICER: blue
CHIEFS: white
Around here (Granville County NC) they are Orange
orange is what we wear
