anyone out there that may be able to give me advice about taking the Basic test and how to pass i need some help

1st...Do your reading.....2nd...If you really want it study....3rd..Take practice exams......4th...Practice your "skills"....5th...Just do it.....Good luck...we have all done it and if we can so can you....

The "best" answer is the "right" answer. Don't second guess yourself: Don't go back and change any of your answers. You can do it!

Eric- The best resource are the people you have in house, especially for the practical. My "trick" for the practical was breaking down each section into 3's; ie: BSI, Scene safe, spinal stab; then verb gen imp, avpu, cheif comp; etc. The test is pretty easy relax; questions at end of each chapter helped. Ask your fellow FF's to help you; best help I had.
