EMT - B class questions

what would you suggest to bring to the classes

what would you suggest i read before the class

and my most important question what would you suggest for me

after the classes preferably job wise.

what would you suggest to bring to the classes: A lot of 5 hour energy drinks!! Really! Seriously, lots of paper, and a willingness to learn, plus an attitude of a team player.

what would you suggest i read before the class: Only what they tell you to read. I know I like to read ahead on topics, but it only will shorten the comprehension of what you need to know for the class coming up.

and my most important question what would you suggest for me
after the classes preferably job wise: No matter where you go, you will gain experiance. Around here services that have a bulk of their runs doing hosp, to home transports get little experiance other than that. Try to get into a service that is licensed both emergency and transport. Volly departments are begging for you, give them a try. We also have our hospitals allowing people like yourself in class to spend observe time in the ERs so you can see what comes in, how they are packaged and why. take a leap bud, youll be glad you did! and Good Luck in your career!
