EMS statutes and regulations

I am in an EMT class and we have a question that is:

State the specific statues and regulations in your state regarding the EMS system.

We have to look it up but I can't find a website or anything with that info.

Any help would be great.

Oh btw I am in California

Here is South Carolina's enabling legislation, also known as DHEC Regulatin 61-7.
