Zachary, make it easy for yourself, " ASK YOUR CHIEF OF THE DEPARTMENT " he should
be able to answer that for you.
I believe our Cheesehead brethren to the north use red lights, or red/white combos.
not on the dept. yet im working on getting all my stuff moved before i try to get on it. its only a vol. dept. its all a work in progress
Ok, then make a phone call, and ask, i'm sure they have a phone number
i tried a couple of times. im in the process of writing a letter to the chief of the dept. but idk. i dont think i will be able to get on the dept. though bc i dont have enough experience to be on it.
thats what ive heard but i want to be pos. about it before i buy it
So why have you posted this discussion ?????????????????
Why would you buy a light if your not even in the department ???????????????????????
bc just curious thats all
im very curious. when i vol. in minnesota. i enjoyed but i was only on for 9 months. but now that im moving i want to know if the rumors are true of i can have an emergency light in my car. i really dont know the best way to approach getting on this department though.
Zach, No disrespect, but I looked at your profile, you say on one hand that you are not
experience to get into the fire department, however in your profile you carry the
rank of fire fighter. I am very confussed. It sound to me that you are a wana be,'
and you should put that under your rank. Case Closed
i was on the dept. for 9 months. and im moving so i stopped. thats what happened. im not a wanna be. ive been to 1 fire call where a trailer went up in flames and ive been to a dozen first responder calls. im far from wanna be
