Elections

Does anyone think that their elections are based on popularity. Just wanted to see if anyone thinks that their election is nothing but a popularity contest. Ours is a little of both or more 50/50.

Hi Jeremy election of officers are supose to be about what's best for you department, and who will do the best job for the position.... I would like to think that every election went that way but unfortunately that is not always the case... Politics ruin even the best judgement of charactor.... For the most part I would like to think that most of our members elect the people that they think would do the best job.... But there are those that have thier own ajenda, and elect those that will assist them in getting things the way they want them if you know what I mean.... Every department has these issues, and if anyone says otherwise they are flat out lying!!!!
