WAYNE, Pa. - Officials say an elderly man is dead following a fire at a suburban Philadelphia condominium complex.

Authorities say the fire broke out around 1 a.m. Monday in Radnor Township, Delaware County. Firefighters responding to the scene discovered the body of a man on the first floor of one of the units.

A fire marshal was at the scene trying to determine the cause of the blaze.

The victim's identity was not immediately released.
