A lot of people have shown commitment to adopting the 16 Firefighter Life Safety Iniatives. Our question is, what happens when only a few members of a department are willing to commit to the Iniatives? Do you feel that only a select group of members in your dept demonstrate this commitment? How can/have you overcome this? What do you do when you see fellow firefighters act without thinking or making preventable mistakes?
