(AP) EUREKA, Mo.

An early morning fire forced guests to evacuate a hotel in the St. Louis County town of Eureka.

The fire broke out just before 3 a.m. Friday at the Days Inn near the Six Flags St. Louis amusement park. No one was hurt, but guests had to go outside, many in their pajamas.

Fire officials say the blaze began in the laundry room and was contained there, but smoke filled the hallways.

Guests were eventually allowed to go back into their rooms.
