Driving Records and FireFighter Employment

I have a deferred Prosecution DUI and one speeding ticket on my driving record. I am currently in a Fire Academy and am concerned that when I get out I will not be able to find a job because of my driving record. If you have any advice I would appreciate it. Much respect and thanks.

i would imagine its different for different departments.
i too had an oui in the early 90s,but it didnt effect me in anyway.
if one dept says no,,just keep looking and trying for one that doesnt disciminate.
