Hi..

I am one of those people with no life, who spends time on Wikipedia..

I am thinking about expanding the article about courtesy lights..

I need to following info:
A list of states that allow POV response;
 - And the color of the lights
 - And if siren is allowed
 - And if it's a 100% courtesy or if any privileges are given (like running red lights and similar)


If people can also supply a link to a law or similar that can be used as a reference, that would be much appreciated..
