I usually get on FFN 2 -3 times a day to keep up with current events and what not.  Today I've only gotten on once (which happens to be at this moment) and it seems that the current posts that are circulating are a little more "whacker/wannabe-ish".  Is it just me or are others getting this vibe too?

sigh and agree but the wanna be's and whackers (I love that slang) do provide some "entertainment" from time to time. BTW where i'm from we call them "rubberguns" or the "rubbergun squad". as long as they are harmless and dont jam up the site, i guess i can live with it but yeah, helmet color? come on we have bigger issues to beat up each other about. i'm surprised that nobody has posted stuff like 'face shield or goggles" (and what color are they?) or more seriously what sports teams does your department allow the members to watch or support or what hose loads are on your truck and are your nozzles preset for straight stream, narrow fog or full fog. (i know i'm gonna regret that sarcastic comment)

somebody posted what i thought was a good one, what equipment is carried on the tip of aerial devices

all kidding aside though, what color fire truck does everyone like? i like solid black or blue or green-(castle shannon, pa) or grey-pennington, NJ) and purple-LOL
If you stumble we will be sure to put a literary boot to your ass!
What's an IQ ??
Is that what was lacking from a certain female story teller that resulted in her being lost unknowingly after her FF friend miraculously returned?
Or was that the "common sense" that I've been hearing about. If that's the case, I don't want any.
I'm a volly too bro, and I highly enjoy the term "jolly volly". Be honest and real here. It does sum up the strereotype of vollies. And yes, you are correct in that there are jolly careers too. But hell, it doesn't rhyme. Now, what would rhyme with career.........
Common sense??? I have heard about that too, is that the thing lacking in anyone under the age of 20?

By the way my helmet is orange and my truck is slime green. I hate going on the scene as those colors really do clash.
Maybe we can load all our tenders up with Gatorade instead of water now, as someone told me electrolytes put out fires quicker.

Yup... repeat after me...

"You met me on FFN, not a dating website!"
