Thanks to living longer... there is an unprecidented 5 generations in the world today, 4 of which are currently working in the fire service.  This has created much friction on how to deal with "the new kid or old guy" on a day to day basis.  That said, we did a one hour radio show on understanding, teaching and leading in a multi-generational workforce.
