With the D Block allocation in the 700 mgz range passing in Washington recently it's been said that this will greatly improve our communications. But after reading several articles on the subject it leaves me with more questions. For instance in one FR1 article I read that T Block will be given back. I will be the first to admit I'm not to bright on the subject does this mean the trunked frquencies will go back or is this something completely different? Our department has had several training EVO's on comms and is still getting used to this and now it would seem that it's going to change yet again. And at what cost to our already financially struggling department?
