ALLEGANY COUNTY, MD - The man recently sentenced for the arson murders of two Hancock sisters was found dead at the North Branch Correctional Institution Wednesday night.

Investigators from Maryland State Police say they are investigating the death of Clarence Meyers as a possible inmate homicide.

At the end of October, Meyers was sentenced to two life sentences for the arson murders of sisters Mary and Nicole Gross.

Police are releasing few other details at this time. He may have been strangled to death, according to a source inside the prison who wants to remain anonymous.

Meyers also had a cell mate, but police haven't identified anyone as a suspect. His body has been sent to the Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.
Poetic justice has been served !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He got what he deserved.
