I'm sure this has been discussed on here before but I can't seem to find where. I was wondering if anyone had any idea where to get detailed info about overseas firefighting? I have found what contractor that I want to apply with but can't really find out small details. A really good friend of mine and myself wanted to find out if they have "buddy systems" or like what can you do on your down time, are civilians on a base? I have a million and one little questions like that. It would be great to speak to someone who has been over there. If any of you guys/gals could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated!!

I have heard of a few different companies that do this, one of them is Ratheon. At one time they had a deal where you sign up for six months and go a lab in the Arctic Circle. I remember it payed well. Having your EMT was a bonus. This may have changed because it was a while ago when I saw this, but you could always try.
Thanks a bunch. I'll check it out.
