Hi Dan, One of the problems that you are going to experience is the tremendous costs associated with shipping. I shipped PPE to a firefighter in Manilla, Philippines and it cost over $350.00 USD. I wish you the best in your endeavor but you will be better off trying to find resources closer to home for you.

What sizes are you looking for in boots and turnout gear? Maybe we can do something to help you out.

For boots 42-43(8.5-9), for Clothing XL.
