Reading The Building

Here's a view from the street of two buildings and occupancies. What can you determine from this view? Identify and assess the operational similarities and differences affecting operations on either building or both simultaneously in hand event of fire extension and progression from one into the other. What can you determine to be performance profile of each occupancy?
