This should be something you should be able to find in your local community. For type 1, if you want famous, heck take any skyscraper out there for the most part....the WTC was type 1....fire resistive construction, fireproofing on exposed steel.

For type 2, take a look at any big box store for the most part, Wal-mart, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Non combustible materials.

Didn't ask, but type 3...think Main St USA....masonary exterior, usually brick, combrising the structure. Although just because a building has brick, it doesn't mean it is type 3, matter of fact many brick buildings are type 5 with abrick veneer. For type 3, look at the brick courses, you should see like 5 courses of brick and then a course of brick with the ends facing out.....this is how the structural intergrity is accomplished. Whereas a brick veneer, all bricks typically run the same way all the way.

Type 4...heavy timber or mill construction....not as common any more, think old factories or old factories cobverted to lofts/apartments.

Type 5...wood frame....any residential house out there for the most part.
