i just purchased a bullard ust6 from a fellow firefighter who happens to own a ben2 plus.. as i see him wearing his ben2, i noticed that the brim of the ben2 looks longer and more tilted downwards at the back (i never had a chance to compare both closely as i made this post). and as i look at some pics of other brands (cairns 880), i noticed that their brims seemed to be longer than the bullard ust6. now, "do all brims of traditional helmets the same in length and width or does the difference is in the dome that makes the brim looks shorter?"
