(AP) CLINTON, Tenn.

Authorities are waiting on an autopsy to identify a man found in the ruins of a fire at a mobile home in Clinton that had been quarantined after police found a methamphetamine lab there.

Anderson County Sheriff's Department Chief Deputy Mark Lucas told the Knoxville News Sentinel that investigators believe the man is the owner of the home, John Auston Lowe, but are waiting on confirmation.

The body was found Wednesday after an overnight fire and the cause of the fire is not known. The home had been closed since March when an active meth lab was found.

Lucas said a neighbor was charged with meth-related offenses in that investigation.
