SAN JOSE, Calif. - A vacant home in San Jose that was hit by a suspicious fire is now a crime scene after a body was found inside.

Firefighters arriving to battle the blaze around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday called police to the scene when they found what was termed "anti-police graffiti" on the seriously damaged home.

San Jose police Sgt. Ronnie Lopez says after the suspicious fire was put out, a body was discovered inside the home.

Police have not said how the person died. The body was found in the basement of the ranch-style home.

Read the note from the link...this could be a suicide note. This could also easily be a clever homicide.
