Being "Healthy" does not always mean going to the gym and eating right

Have there been books that have helped inspire or helped you deal with the job of being in Emergency Services ? I am not only talking about the stress that sometimes is put on us as individuals but also the fact that our life style is sometimes a little different then your typical Mon-Fri 9-5'er.

 I have noticed in the last 9 years or so that everything from a lack of sleep or ability to sleep, increased drinking and sometimes even a shorter fuse with certian people ... I am curious to see if there are any others that have noticed similar things and what they do to help with the seemingly onslaught of symptoms .... What helps you stay Mentally and Emotionally Healthy ?
