Hello all-

I've been tasked by the Chief to update our old, outdated 'truck forms' I would appreciate any assistance with routine inspection, post-use, and any other forms you could share. The only thing I've found is the VFIS daily inspection form, which is all check boxes. I'd like to make something a bit better than that, but need some examples / templates. All help appreciated!
