I was talking to a few friends of mind in a few departments in Minneapolis asking this question. is it beneficial  to go in to the Military for fire protection to get an AA in Fire Science    to get the training to get on a department? I already have my fire 1&2 and I also have a certification in Wild land and high and low angle rescue 1&2 and my EMR (emergency Medical Response) what do u guys and girls think????
