Advice on interviews for a Lt position

A officer spot will be opening up in a few months at my department. My question is what things should I be ready for? Questions I might be asked. quick training I might get to increase my chances.

I would be focusing on how to get through the probation manual.

(That is at least here in my department) We require 5 years of experience on the line at our department before you are eligible to apply for an LT test. That includes, lateral transfers and you were an officer elsewhere... doesn't count.
