I wanted to let you know that my friend works at Wells Fargo and they have a program where you can purchase a home in the town that you live in for about 50% off if you buy a HUD home. I normally don't work foreclosures since I feel bad for the sellers; however if you are looking to buy a home you may want to consider this.
