Does anyone know why the discussion "Why we should stop using the word volunteer?" was pulled down?

I hate it discussions just "disappear." Perhaps the Webchief can make it so when a discussion is "whacked" a place holder can be automatically generated to read something like:

The discussion "Why we should stop using the word volunteer?" was removed by the original poster on 14 May 2008.

or

The discussion "what do you say when you stub your toe?" was removed on 14 May 2008 by the Webchief for excessive use of profanity in discussion replies.
