2016 ceremony also salutes those who died in the line of duty in previous years

During the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Weekend a plaque will be installed at the memorial to honor fallen firefighters from previous years.

The NFFF Project Roll Call was created to identify and honor firefighters who died in the line of duty prior to 1981. Those who meet the criteria for inclusion and are verified will have their fallen firefighter recognized in the Walk of Honor®.  Additional details on the inclusion process can be found here.
