The Mission

Laddie Williams is a city of Augusta Firefighter, and a well-regarded Augusta-area amateur bike racer. He is going to ride from Los Angeles, California to Charleston, SC as a fundraiser for the families of the nine deceased compatriots. Funds will be raised through the efforts of the firefighters along the way.

Laddie would also like to generate exposure to the hazards of emergency services. It is one of the most difficult tasks, yet thousands of men and women lay their lives on the line every day for the public. This is a tremendous opportunity for the public to show their support, by contributing to this ride.
