I have had mine taken in a studio before. I worked as a photographer at a studio so i had my co-worker take the pics. My dept was fine with it, although might be easier for me since i am the photographer on the dept. My co-worker did a fantastic job, he managed to pull off a sexy looking shot and had kept every layer of clothing on, i believe it is more tasteful then being in a bikini top with my bunkerpants. It was a shot that shows i can still be feminine and do the job. Working in the studio i had opportunities to take photos of other firefighters and law enforcement. I think everyone should do it, if they dont, later one in life they may wish they did, to be able to reflect upon.
