I was wondering if anyone has any experience/opinions on using DSPA as a fire suppression tool.
Dry Sprinkler Powder Aerosol, it looks interesting, to say the least.
Like IFEX, it looks like something that could revolutionize firefighting, but the skeptic in me prevails and I'm left trying to justify its lack of popularity. I never even heard of either until recently.

Talk amongst yourselves.
Maybe over coffee.

I know one of our neighboring towns use this type of fire supression in chimney fires, I can see where they would be good to use on a confined space, but not sure on anything else because we dont have much info on them. I would contact someone from NFPA to see what they have for opinions.
