Recently we have begun having trouble with our ISI Viking DXL SCBA. The packs were purchased in 2002 with grant monies. We are not very busy, about 250 runs a year. The bottle straps break very easily and the packs just don't seem to be sturdy for the environment they are working in. Recently we had a regulator fail causing a high pressure condition in the mask during a drill. Does anyone else have experience with these packs and have you had the same problems? Any information would be appreciated.
