There was a series of CD Roms that IFSTA had out a couple of years ago for the 4th Edition of Essentials, they broke it down into FF1 and FF2 questions, and referenced where in the book you could find the information. Check Lancaster Fireman's page (do a Google search) they were selling it last time I checked.
