Contact any of your local turnout gear sales reps or do an internet search. Most places that do turnout cleaning and repairs also do customization. Below are just a few examples of places that do what your looking for.

There is a retired Cincinnati Firefighter and his brother that have a gear repair service in the Cincinnati (OH) area. I know that maybe a little ways off from you are but if you would like you can send me a message and I can forward his number to you.

I'd try Anclote Fire. They usually seem to have everything, or at least a link to everything, a young FF might need!

I would look at the brand name and figure out who the dealer is for your area. That way you will be sure that you are getting the same color, material, and so on. Plus if you go through the same dealer as the department who gave you that gear, the dealer will probably still have all the info already and all you will have to do is supply names, rank, company whatever you guys decide to put on it.
