What are we doing to prevent these "accidents" and the death and injury to our ff

The fire service, Both Volunteer and Career must take steps to end the conditions that cause these headlines:
"Waldorf (FD) Keeps Up With the Jones...in Fire truck Rodeo Action! ...FOLLOWS by one day St. Leonard (FD) flipping it's heavy squad"
"Cowboys or Firefighters?"
"Why are the volunteer firefighters wrecking $500,000 pieces of equipment in dry, sunny weather?"
Volunteers are not the only foks who fail to mandate safe driving practices. It is happening in every department that does not teach safety in vehicle operations. Do we need to mandate CDL training and certification for every driver?
The tag below is the link to the actual headlines for today at a local newspaper in Maryland:

All of our Drivers are mandated to carry att he minimum a Class B License. CDL is preferred and will most likely be required in the near future.
