My friend works in a port .Now he needs a device or tool to make a hole in container about 14 meters away.Because when the cargo inside container catch fire , for securing safety, the firemen can use this device to make a hole ,then extinguish fire by co2 ,so the cargo is reserved.I guess this may be a gun,but I don't know what exact it is.Could some one tell me this device and how can I buy it?
