What's wrong with this picture ?

It seems to me that a picture speaks a 1000 words. And one would have to be deaf and blind not to understand this loud message.

What could possibly be said in words that is not already being said in that picture.....There are some things that should just not be permitted or accepted and I think that just about tops the list...The only way he could be more insulting is if he was sitting down with a hat on...
