Fire related Tattoos
Im looking to get a new firefighter tatoo, and I would like to see what others have. How about posting a picture of your Fire related Tattoo. I'm not looking to "steal" anyones design just get some ideas.

www.strikethebox.com has lots of ideas and there is a group in this site for fire related tatoos, it is linked on my page. One small piece of advice before deciding: MAKE SURE YOU CAN LIVE WITH IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!!!! I'm not trying to discourage you from getting a tat, but there are a few things to consider before going for it.
1. it's forever, so shop around
find out how long the artist has been doing it professionaly and check out thier previous work
2. be sure of what you want and where you want it
also make sure the artist can freehand draw what you want before applying any ink and you are completely happy with what they did on paper!

Thanks ee779 good advice. I'm not new to tattoos, this will be my 8th I was just looking for some ideas. Anyone thinking of getting a first tattoo should really take your advice

I haven't taken pictures of them, but I have four that are "fire related".
One is of Taz rescuing Little Sylvester the Cat.
Two is a commemorative 9/11 tattoo.
Three is a skull in a fire helmet as a salute to my retirement from active firefighting.
Four is Chinese Kanji and it means "to fight fire".
Kanji is pretty cool. It is done in black and it is a conversation starter, because when someone sees it, they immediately asks what it means.
