Situated between Grimsby and St. Catharines Ont. our Dept. is on a paid on call status, although some still call us Volunteer. We protect 21,722 permanent reisdents, plus a ton of tourists (wine lovers) yearly as well as 10 miles of the QEW. We run out of 4 Stations. with 11 peices of apparatus, and 3 command vehicles. Our Chief Deputy Chief and Fire Prevention Officer are on a fulltime basis. We are disaptched via radio pagers by St. Catharines Fire Dept. Alarm Room (St. Catharines Control) Stations 1 and 2 still have working Fire Sirens that they use once in a while. The following is a basic insight of our set up.

Spartan Rescue/Pumper (Pump 1), Peirce 50 ft Telesquirt (Aerial 1), GMC Tanker (Tanker 1), and Ford F-250 Quad Cab Pickup First Response Medical (Squad 1).
Station # 2 Fly Road Campden 12 members 2 vehicles:
Freightliner Pumper/Tanker (Pump 2), and Ford F-250 Quad Cab Pickup First Response Medical (Squad 2).
Station # 3 Tallman Drive Vineland 26 members 2 vehicles: also (note the Vineland Station is also the Vineland Base for Niagara EMS right now Ambulance 2107 is staffed out of here by 2 paramedics 12 hours a day. 9am-9pm)

Station 4 19th Street Jordan 26 members and 3 vehicles:
HME Rescue/Pumper (Pump 4), GMC Tanker (Tanker 4), and Spartan Custom Cab + Walkthrough Heavy Rescue (Rescue 4)
In addition to 4 Fire Districts our Dept. is also broke up into 2 lager Districts. And East and West Command. Station's 1 and 2 make up the West Command and Stations 3 and 4 make up the East Command. Each Command have 1 District Chief.

We run many different types of calls including all Fires, Medical Assistance Calls, MVC's Water and Ice Rescue's CO alarms, Public Assistance, Alarms, and ect. We also proved Mutual Aid to the neigbouring City of St. Catharines, the neighbouring towns of Grimsby and Pelham and the neighbouring TWP of West Lincoln, as well as any other Fire Dept. in the Niagara Region that might require our assistance.
