Non-Contact High-Voltage Detector

with all the wonderful storms mother nature has given us.... We're trying to update our equipment for detecting powerlines that are down.
I know what the nah sayers are thinking...
BUT to the others out there, what do you guys use to check for powerlines and electrical issues on storms?
we have old TIC's were trying to update

our old ones aren't that sensitive any more thats why i'm asking. thank you
