Where is all of the Grant Money?!

So over the last few years we've had increasing issues with our station. We have also seen decreased budget, so the possibility of getting a new station is null. I've done some research and have found that a local builder can build us a station for roughly $150,000. We've written FEMA grants and been awarded, but hear that private grants are difficult to get. So to the question, can anyone give me ideas on where I can go to seek grant money?

do a google search and you'll find a lot of them, we use a company locally that does our grants and they only charge us if we get the grant and its only like 7 % I believe.
